Dungannon Meeting

03/08/2011

Pubs of Ulster is holding a meeting for all licensees in the Greater Dungannon area to discuss issues affecting the trade, and areas of concern regarding policing and enforcement.

A representative from the PSNI will be in attendance to answer any questions you may have. Pubs of Ulster Chief Executive, Colin Neill, will also be in attendance and will provide a summary of the legislative updates which all publicans should be aware of as a result of the recent Licensing and Registration of Clubs (amendment) Bill. Licence holders must be aware of this legislation as it will have a significant impact on how liquor is sold by the on trade, and also changes the powers of police and the courts in regulating the conduct of licensed premises.
