Its Law on the 1st May

From the 1st May 2012 Statutory Proof of Age becomes law!

In order to comply with the law all licensed premises must only accept; a pasport, a photocard driving licence, an electoral identity card or a photographic identity card carrying the 'PASS' hologram as proof of age

In addition all licensed premises must display the prescribed 'Notice Relating to Age'. Failure to do so may result in prosecution.
